Since 1981, AMA Triangle has been committed to meeting the needs of local marketing professionals in Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, and surrounding areas. As part of a larger organization with 70 chapters nationwide, we’re one of the largest chapters (top 5) with 500+ local members. We foster a community where we want each and every member of our AMA Family to feel they truly belong because AMA Triangle believes that marketing… is for EVERYONE.
In 2020, we developed “The Whole Marketer Promise,” which is our team’s commitment to remembering the person behind the marketer. It’s our promise to be a community of people from all walks of life. Our board, volunteers, members and guests deserve a community where they feel they truly belong. We’re striving to be that community our members deserve.
We want to showcase our members, amplify their thoughts, ideas, and—dare we say it— voices!

16 years.
I am so grateful for AMA Triangle. The community has been a source of inspiration, the programming has helped me quickly adapt and I’ve been able to find new resources for my clients.
What does Women’s History Month mean to you?
A chance to reflect on the great women who have trail-blazed the path for me and celebrate the many terrific women in our community today.
What is your favorite part of being an AMA Triangle member?
My favorite part of AMA Triangle is the community of passionate, supportive marketers.
What is your hidden talent or a fun fact about you?
The only girls’ sports team in the small town where I grew up was cheerleading (until high school). Lacking skills or interest in cheerleading, I was the only girl on a little league baseball team.
