Given our new environment, we thought this would be the perfect way to connect community marketers in a low-key, small setting. Led by three AMA Triangle board members, we want to connect with our Greensboro crew. Feel free to bring along your beverage and snack of choice. This is completely casual! We’re also happy to answer any of your AMA Triangle questions, of course.

Pam Williams: VP of Membership, AMA Triangle
Pam helps people-centered organizations reach their goals through high touch experiences. She is the founder of PROMOQUEST, Inc., where she leverages customized promotional solutions to build loyalty. As a certified advisor for the Fascination Advantage®, she combines her magnetic insights with the power of promotional products for customer connection, team building and employee engagement.
Pam is a past president of the Greater Raleigh Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) where she also served as Director of Public Policy and remains an active member. Currently, she is on the President’s Assembly Steering Committee at NAWBO National. Prior to her role as VP of Membership for AMA Triangle, she was the Director of Member Orientation.
Hank Hoffmeier: VP of Employment Services, AMA Triangle
Hank is an author, speaker, podcast host and Strategic Insights Manager at iContact. With a passion for all things digital and social, combined with more than 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, Hank enjoys partnering with organizations large and small to improve their marketing strategy.
Tracy Russell-Beck: President, AMA Triangle
By day, Tracy is an Innovation Product Catalyst at Fidelity Investments with a mission to build awareness and adoption of internal innovations. Working as a growth hacker, she loves that marketing has become an art and a science. She is also fiercely passionate about using digital innovation to solve puzzles and bring people together. By night, you can find Tracy exploring Raleigh, reading or learning new things. In fact, she completed her MBA from North Carolina State University in 2016. She’s also still learning to code.
