Lindsay’s unique experience leading a company of neuro-diverse employees has shaped her perspective on diversity. She recognizes the unique value that each individual brings to her team. Lindsay shares lessons that individuals with disabilities have taught her, and ultimately how to shift society for the better.
The outcome of valuing diversity and inclusion is greater humanity, and it starts now.

Lindsay Wrege: CEO, 321 Coffee
Student to CEO: Lindsay Wrege is the founder and CEO of 321 Coffee, a nonprofit coffee shop that employs individuals with disabilities. She started this company during her freshman year in college, and now she has a permanent store and employs over 20 adults with disabilities. Lindsay believes in the power of diversity and inclusion. She wants to share her story to inspire others to do business the right way.
