Marketing is no longer only about attracting new customers, but now it is also about attracting top-notch talent, this can be a difficult task for many organizations. However, there is a talent pool that has been left untapped, and organizations that market to this community, will find a group of employees who are natural problem solvers, loyal, and bring a diverse perspective to the table – and that’s people with disabilities.
Hear from John Samuel, who is the Cofounder of Ablr, how you can build a recruitment marketing strategy to build a brand and culture where all people, no matter their ability, want to work, and feel like they belong. He will highlight through his own story of losing his sight, why everything from creating accessible content, building inclusive career pages, and involving your current employees are ways marketers can provide value to their organizations and/or clients.
Not to mention, let’s celebrate with John and the Triangle AMA, National Disability Employment Awareness Month (#NDEAM), and see how we can not only help employers fill their open positions with top talent, but also help create pathways for employment for the roughly 61 million Americans with disabilities!
