Learn about diversity, equity, and inclusion from a broad range of perspectives as marketing professionals share their personal and organizational DEI journeys and stories. This panel discussion will touch on themes including unconscious bias, stereotyping, allyship, coalition building, and more, followed by a question and answer session.

Marketing is about storytelling, and successful marketers know their audience. A 2019 Adobe study showed that 61% of Americans find “diversity in advertising important. 38% of consumers said they are more likely to trust brands that show more diversity in their ads.” Yet, a post by Google notes, “Diverse marketing isn’t just a box you can tick.” Marketers need to reflect our world and community in both their team recruitment efforts and external campaigns.
