This workshop will focus on the people aspect of aligning people, processes, and technology for marketing success on remote and hybrid teams. Both managers and individual contributors will take home ideas to build a healthy team culture and truly enjoy their day-to-day work.

Jason Lynch: Director of Demand Generation, Netsertive
Jason Lynch is the Director of Demand Generation at Netsertive, an RTP-based AdTech and services company that helps franchise and automotive brands build winning digital marketing programs.
Prior to moving to the Triangle and joining Netsertive in 2019, Jason spent the first 14 years of his marketing career in the D.C. metro area as an event manager, video producer, digital product developer, corporate marketer, and consultant. In 2014, Jason became the Director of Marketing at Washington Speakers Bureau, a leading lecture agency, and then in 2016, he joined Celerity, a global digital consulting firm, where he also led the corporate marketing team.
Jason is obsessed with all things B2B marketing and is always ready to jump into the weeds on anything related to brand strategy, demand generation, sales and marketing operations, HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, digital advertising, SEO, marketing team development, content strategy and creation, and analytics.
Erin Martin: VP of Marketing, Netsertive
As VP of Marketing, Erin is responsible for leading Netsertive’s demand generation and communications functions, and she holds over sixteen years of experience in the marketing technology space. Prior to Netsertive, she served in various leadership roles in marketing, client services, and operations at Mixpo, an ad tech company acquired by Netsertive in 2017.
