Jason McDonell: Executive Vice President of Merchandising, Marketing, and E-commerce for Advance Auto Parts
Jason joined Advance in July 2019 and has held his position as EVP of merchandising, marketing and E-commerce since March 2021. Previously, Jason was EVP and chief marketing officer from 2019-2021.
Jason joined Advance after 21 years at PepsiCo where he most recently served as Canada President and General Manager for PepsiCo Foods. In this role, he was responsible for all aspects of the company’s Canadian Frito Lay and Quaker businesses. Jason started at PepsiCo in brand marketing for some of the company’s most iconic snack food brands. As he progressed at PepsiCo, Jason spent time in a variety of marketing, sales, and customer strategy leadership roles, including serving as Chief Marketing Officer for PepsiCo Foods Canada.
Jason earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University in Canada.
