How to Find a Diversity and Inclusion Employer

The moral case for diversity and inclusion (D & I) speaks for itself when we acknowledge that all employees deserve a safe, supportive environment in which to work – a place where they can develop professionally, have a voice, and have a forum to share that voice. Companies are reiterating their commitment to diversity and inclusion but what does that really mean and how do you put D & I into practice? As a job seeker, how do you identify companies that have good D & I programs and intentions?

Meet Sunny Myers, a diversity, equity, and inclusion leader at Palo Alto Networks. Sunny, who held similar roles at Amazon and Cree, currently develops strategic DEI plans, policies, and processes, and organizes programs that drive a more inclusive and equitable workplace. She joins Transitions Mastermind to shed some light on how you can approach your job search when looking for D & I focused employers.

You will learn:

  • Valuable lessons from Sunny’s experience navigating various company cultures
  • How to identify the right employer in your job search with strong D & I commitments
  • How and what to ask potential employers
  • Good and not-so-good ways to approach D & I

Please join us on June 5th. Registration is required to attend (it’s free!) and space is limited so sign up today!
