Marketing Jam is a one-day hack-a-thon for local college students to solve a real-world marketing problem in competition for a $2,000 marketing scholarship!
Marketing Jam is a one-day case competition. In randomly assigned teams, college students assume the role of consultants to address a client’s real-world marketing problem.
In four hours, teams complete a situation analysis, evaluate alternatives, and formulate a recommended action plan before presenting their work to a panel of marketing professionals serving as judges.
During the working session, teams have access to marketing professionals for advice and feedback. Students also have an opportunity to connect with marketing professionals from all over the nation in a speed networking session.
