Based on brand strength, Google and Apple may be the most valuable brands in the world in 2017. But do you know what’s third?
According to data developed by Fortune, the Google and Apple brands are valued at $109.5 and $107.1 billion respectively, while Samsung is currently worth $66.2 billion.
In fact, if you want to see the top brands for most of the major companies in the world, Brand Finance created a map (see below). For example, did you know that Vodaphone is the most valuable brand in the United Kingdom, while Lego is the most valued brand in all of Denmark?
Naturally, oil and gas companies show up a lot on the map, while telecommunication companies also show up in a number of countries. Perhaps the most interesting brand to show up on the map is in Austria. Anybody know what it is?
If you guessed Red Bull, you were right.
Here’s the full map.
