HOW TO GENERATE BETTER RESULTS WITH MORE STRATEGIC QUESTIONS
On May 6, our speaker will be Gene Pinder.
Gene is the Director of Marketing for a small healthcare software company called MedAptus. Prior to that role, he was the marketing director for NC State’s Centennial Campus. He’s also held senior marketing positions with two startups, owned and operated his own market research firm, and was the VP of Marketing for the U.S. Space and Rocket Center in Huntsville, Alabama, where he oversaw national and regional marketing campaigns for Space Camp. He’s also been a broadcast journalist, a public relations manager, and a sales executive for a financial services firm. He holds his Master’s degree in Journalism from Northwestern University and his Bachelor’s degree from Kansas University.
Gene will share some specific sales techniques he’s learned and used over the yeas that can be applicable to a person’s job search. The techniques focus on using questions more strategically to generate more effective results. Based on the work of a respected sales consultant and author, these techniques should give each person more ammunition and confidence to approach just about anyone during their job search, including strangers.
As our way of giving back to the Triangle Marketing Community, there is no fee to attend these sessions.
