Find out what’s in your jar because you can’t read the label from inside the jar. “What’s In Your Jar?” is an experiential workshop designed to create greater self-awareness and increase your professional development and influence. Participants will complete a simplified DISC assessment during the workshop, conduct a personal SWOT analysis, and create a mission/vision statement. Presented with a coach approach by a leadership expert and professional coach, Jim Reklis.
By attending this workshop, you will:
- Learn the three dimensions of life needed to find personal and professional fulfillment
- Identify your areas of strength and weakness and opportunities and threats
- Participate in a personal assessment, alignment, and action session to maximize your influence
- Discover opportunities to improve your value in your current role

About the Speaker:

Drawing from his 30+ years in leadership and training, Jim’s experience includes working as a leadership consultant and coach for entrepreneurs, business leaders, non-profits, and churches in the US and internationally. He has also served as an associate trainer with John Maxwell’s Equip International.
