CMO, Bandwidth / Republic Wireless. Noreen Allen is responsible for building the Bandwidth and Republic Wireless brands and driving revenue across all lines of business. Throughout her career, she’s held leadership positions with both private and publicly traded companies. She excels at building powerful, category-leading brands that help to transform companies at various stages. Prior to Bandwidth, Noreen served as Vice President, Global Marketing for e-commerce software provider, ChannelAdvisor.
Dana McMahan – @dhmcmahan
CMO, TOPO Brands (@TOPOdistillery). A designer, marketer and serial entrepreneur, Dana began her career on the agency side, working on global brands like L’Oreal, Tiffany & Co. and Pernod Ricard Spirits. After a decade of running two of her own successful ventures, she joined TOPO as a partner in 2013 to oversee the development of the newly-minted brand.
Senior VP and Chief Sales, Marketing & Communications Officer for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina. John is responsible for sales and retention in the individual, group, and specialty market segments, including the State Health Plan with its accompanying 660,000 members. He also leads marketing, advertising, brand management, market research, product development, and digital and social strategy and execution.
Doug Warf – @dougwarf
VP, Marketing Carolina Hurricanes. Doug oversees the four major departments that comprise the Hurricanes marketing arm. Those departments are marketing and design, promotions and fan development, community relations and the Hurricanes in-house production crew, Canesvision. Warf also continues to serve as executive director for the Hurricanes charitable arm, the Kids ‘N Community Foundation. During Warf’s seven year tenure, the Foundation has donated over $3.5 Million in cash grants to more than 100 local children’s charities, setting single year records for funds raised and distributed.

President, Agency Firebox (@AgencyFirebox). As a business consultant and coach, Karl helps frustrated and overwhelmed marketing agency owners love their agencies again. He is a fourth-generation business owner and has worked in the digital marketing industry since he was 15 years old. Outside of work, Karl volunteers as a bartender on a 1930s railroad car.
